The hotel had been relying on diesel generators to provide power to their hotel, but the cost was becoming too expensive for them. Simba Solar was contacted to see if a solar solution could reduce their costs and provide a more reliable power source. After conducting a site study to understand the hotel's power requirements, a custom solar solution was designed to provide power during the day when most of their customers were out.
We undertook site studies on their power requirements and custom-made a solar solution for them. The solar solution was designed to power the lights, fans, servers, and a few ACs during the day when most of the customers were out. This allowed them to switch off their generators during the day leading to massive savings.
The installation of the solar solution has had a huge impact on the hotel. It has halved their generator fuel bills and they have recovered their investment in 18 months. This has allowed them to provide a more reliable and cost-effective power source for their guests.
The installation of the solar solution at Abuson Hotel has been a resounding success. It has allowed them to reduce their reliance on diesel generators and save money. The hotel is now able to provide its guests with a reliable and cost-effective power source that is sure to lead to increased customer satisfaction.
